Animation
This summer, SDA will offer animation programs in Blender.
Music Production
Our music production program courses combined with professional development to expand real-world skills. This summer, you will learn professional recording to post-production skills.
Filming
Learn to write, direct, shoot, and edit all of the fundamentals of motion picture art.
Unreal Engine
4-week full-time course, Student will finish a 1-minute short film in UE. This is the most advanced technology in the film production industry.
Academic Art
Learn the art of Academic art, from sketching to color theory, composition technique, and the philosophy of art.

Animation-Blender
SDA Blender 3D Animation is a Four-week online course that introduces high-school students to the fundamentals of designing and developing 3D art in Blender.
Over the course, students will learn to create a 3D object, render it for high-quality playback, and get ready to rig their character into animation.
Animation-Production
This Traditional Animation track teaches students how to write, storyboard, and draw their own animation film. No drawing experience is required, just limitless imagination!
Music Production
Students from this course will be well-prepared as music mixers with a comprehensive understanding of music productions skill and knowledge of music marketing. The SDA music production course will emphasize Logic Pro and 3D music mixing this summer.
Filming
The Filming Course emphasizes storytelling through visual language. Through online courses and skill-building projects, students develop their writing, directing, shooting, and editing skills as they produce a variety of short films.
Unreal Engine
With an emphasis on environment design/level design, students in this course will also learn the essential film production keys from directing and storyboarding to post-production.
Sound Design
Sound design is crucial for film and game production. Students in this course will learn the art of sound.
Game Design
With an intro to the Game Design industry and workflow, this course will emphasize computer science-based game design.
Academic Art
With an intro to the Art industry and workflow, this course will emphasize traditional arts from sketching to digital arts. Students in this course will get ready for art college.
